Once you have placed an order, do our utmost to deliver the product as soon as possible. If this concerns a product that is sent by UPS and that we have in stock, this will often take a few working days at most.
With large products, such as a roof or spa, you will be contacted about the delivery of the product. This is always done in consultation with you, so that we do not stand for a closed door. We will contact you in advance about the delivery of your product.
Returns
If the product is not quite to your liking, or if you want to return the product, this is often possible. There are of course exceptions. To return the product, it must be in the original packaging and the product must be undamaged.
