Kerbside delivery applies to large items. Our courier will deliver to the kerbside or ground floor entrance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return:
- Email us at customer.care@homesplex.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send return instructions within 1 working day
- Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the item
Non-returnable items: Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
