Your 30-Day Right to Return
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Full refund processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
How to Return
- Email customer.care@homesplex.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging where possible
- Send via a tracked service and keep proof of postage
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at customer.care@homesplex.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free collection and either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
- Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned
- Made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe your goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
