Shipping policy

Free Delivery on All Orders

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. 
No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. 
Where a shipping charge applies to a specific product, this will be 
clearly stated on the product page before you add to basket.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard items (small appliances, accessories): 3–5 working days

Large & bulky items (massage chairs, gazebos, air conditioning units, wine fridges): 5–10 working days. These items are dispatched via specialist courier and may require a scheduled delivery slot.

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Large & Oversized Items
Furniture, large garden structures, and fitness equipment are 
delivered via specialist courier.
- You will be contacted within 24 hours of dispatch to arrange 
  a delivery window.
- Two-person delivery is available on heavy items — email 
  customer.care@homesplex.com before ordering if required.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Additional surcharges may apply. Any applicable charge will also 
be noted on the relevant product page. Please contact us before 
ordering at customer.care@homesplex.com for a delivery quote.

International Delivery
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Large & Bulky Item Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how returns work for large items:

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • How to start a return: Contact us at [your email] within 30 days with your order number and reason for return
  • Return shipping: For large/bulky items (massage chairs, gazebos, AC units), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item
