Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation.

5. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under 
the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact

6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Colours may vary 
slightly. If a product differs materially from its description 
you are entitled to a return or replacement.

7. Faulty Goods
Goods must be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as 
described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. 
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury 
caused by our negligence.
