Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely happy with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days
from delivery to return your item for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Email customer.care@homesplex.com within 30 days with
your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
3. Repackage the item carefully in its original packaging.
4. Send via a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage.
5. Refund processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless item
is faulty or incorrect.
- No restocking fees charged on any return.
Large & Heavy Items
For furniture, fitness equipment and massage chairs contact us
at customer.care@homesplex.com before returning. We arrange
specialist collection. Free for faulty items. Collection charge
may apply for unwanted large items — confirmed before proceeding.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact customer.care@homesplex.com within 48 hours of delivery
with photos. We arrange free collection and replacement or refund.
Refunds
Issued to original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
Email customer.care@homesplex.com or call 0333 090 4195 immediately.
Your Statutory Rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
