This furniture piece is exclusively handcrafted using 100% solid fruitwood with no veneers or laminations whatsoever hence features like grain patterns, knots, minor movements or variations are natural occurrences and should be treated as defects. Hand Crafted Solid Wood Products. As all our products are made from solid wood timber and are in dividually handcrafted; do expect minor variations in sizes, finish, fabric, texture, colour, knots, grain pattern, timber movement or specifications. These are an integral part of the natural occurrences of the timber along with rustic & handmade nature of the offered products and should NOT be constituted as defects. If for any reason you do not appreciate the natural occurrences as part of the rustic nature of the hand crafted product; we regret our product portfolio might not be entirely suitable for you.

Delivery timescales:

- Large / bulky items (furniture, garden structures): 5–7 working days

Kerbside delivery applies to large items. Our courier will deliver to the kerbside or ground floor entrance. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return:
- Email us at customer.care@homesplex.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send return instructions within 1 working day
- Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the item
Non-returnable items: Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
