2. Your Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is accepted (and a contract formed) when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Payment is taken at the point of order. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Where a shipping charge applies to a specific product, this will be clearly stated on the product page. Full delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at customer.care@homesplex.com. Our full returns process is set out in our Returns Policy.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. If a product materially differs from its description, you are entitled to a return or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods do not meet these standards, please contact us at customer.care@homesplex.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homesplex’s liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
